Rosemary-Pesto Bruschetta (Dining Hall)

With only 4 ingredients, this crispy bruschetta is easy to make at the dining hall and tastes delicious. The nutty taste of the pesto is more flavorful after its been heated since the taste infuses throughout the oil. The pockets within the rosemary bread soak up the creamy pesto, creating a beautiful color and providing flavor in every bite. In addition, the tomatoes add some freshness and color to this bruschetta. Top with a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese, bake in the oven for 60 seconds, and enjoy your meal made in under 5 minutes!

  • 1 loaf rosemary ciabatta
  • 4 tsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • Sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Cut the loaf in half. Spread pesto on the bread and top with tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven and enjoy!

  1. Whenever I’m not sleeping!! Which unfortunately might be a short range of time since college kids love sleeping. Let me know when you’re coming! 🙂

  2. Wow!
Still can’t believe that this can be prepared from “College Dining Hall” ingredients!
Looks delicious….When can I join you for a meal there?
